Our farm is located in Biljana, a small village in the heart of Goriška Brda. The village with the church of Saint Michael is first mentioned in records from the year 1233. In the village you can find us in the immediate vicinity of the Biljana “tero”, a bell tower, to which we also give a special place on the label of our wines.

Hlip’s homestead is the result of the hard work of several generations who co-created it through time. Today’s image was given to it by Marko, when he gradually designed the inner courtyard, which is a real rarity among the homesteads of Brda villages. Below the courtyard and residential buildings there is a stone cellar and rooms for wine production.
