The grapes are picked by hand and carefully transported to the home cellar, where the must begins to turn into wine. By maturing in stainless steel containers, our white wines retain the character that grapes bring with them from the vineyard. In one year, red wines in wooden barrels take on harmonies and become full.

Straw-yellow in color with greenish hues. The intense scent reminds one of citruses, apples, herbs, spices (especially sage) and white flowers. These sensations continue nicely in the mouth, when in addition to pleasant aromas we feel the taste of minerals, which together with freshness and softness, fullness, intensity, durability and elegance into a harmonious wine.

The scents of almonds, dried herbs and dried fruits and a slight perception of spices continue nicely in the development of aromas in the mouth. In the wine we feel energy, softness, pleasant minerals, still enough freshness, which harmoniously give the wine fullness of taste and elegance. Intense and persistent sensations lead us to perfect harmony.
Pinot gray

Golden yellow colour with slight copper reflections. The smell reminds one of very ripe fruit, fruit slices, dried tropical fruits, grapefruit, dried flowers, almonds, spices… The aroma continues nicely in the mouth. The softness and pleasant minerality stand out, which together with all the other elements give a full, consistently elegant and harmonious wine.

It is a variety, mild golden yellow in colour. The smell shows dried herbs, dried flowers, almonds, hazelnuts, orange peel, grapefruit, fruit slices, light buttery notes and bread crust. It has a nice balance between softness and minerals. It has a full, intense and lasting taste. Together with a beautiful elegance, it gives the final impression a harmonious wine, which convinces us.
Sauvignon

Yellow-green colour corresponding to the time of maturation of the wine. Intense scents give association to dried herbs – sage, peppers, artichokes and asparagus. The wine has a full calm taste, pleasant freshness in a beautiful balance with softness which gives the wine elegance and harmony.

Deep ruby colours with garnet shades which indicate the appropriate maturity of the wine. The aroma is intense and reminds one of dried small red fruits, plums, cherries, dried herbs, spices and mildly of cocoa, coffee, smoke… The wine has a rich, intense, persistent and strong taste, which gives the harmony of softness, and tannins and minerals give elegance and a beautiful overall impression of harmony.
Cabernet franc

It is ruby in colour. The aroma offers sensations of spices, including black pepper, ripe red forest fruits, currant, cherries, herbs, forest undergrowth, jam… The taste of the wine is agreeable with pleasant tannins, freshness and softness, which nicely softens the rich minerality. It is full-bodied, fairly intense, durable, elegant and harmonious.
